Our wheelchair accessible facility offers members an array of activities from shuffleboard, snooker, tai chi, zumba, yoga, crafts, art class, cards, bingo, darts,  exercise and choir.

The centre’s library has hundreds of books to choose from and leather couches and chairs to read them on, or utilize the state-of-the-art computers paid for through fundraising and grants. It is a peaceful oasis flooded with sunlight, the perfect spot to sit and breathe, chat with a friend, surf the internet, print something from your phone.  Large windows look out over Memorial Park, or go outside, sit on a bench and relax amid the trees.

The main room has folding walls that can close sections off when multiple activities overlap.  This room is great for card games like euchre and cribbage, an area with dart boards and an exercise area including our new cubii's.  There's a great open area for yoga or zumba and lots of room for bingo and general membership luncheons and meetings.

Look in on our crafts area to see the amazing mats our members are weaving, or the craft table where handmade items are available to purchase.  Don't forget to get a coffee or tea, bring it to the library after your choral practice to enjoy time with your friends.  Or take the elevator down to the billiard room and play a few games of snooker.  There you will also find our fantastically well-lit shuffleboard room, better described as an "arena" with beautiful new flooring and big windows to let in that beautiful natural sunlight.
